Day 1
At around 6:45 am, we had assembled at Cherubs Montessori to board our buses which would take us to Mysore. Our first stopping was at a restaurant for breakfast. We then went to a museum called Janapada Loka which preserves the culture of Karnataka. after lots of traveling and much fun we stopped for lunch at about 1:30 pm. In the evening, we reached Mysore and visited a Church there. By the time we reached the hotel, it was about 7:30 pm. we only had time to freshen and have dinner. I love my roommates because they were my very close friends. We were awake for quite sometime and went to sleep at 10:00 pm.
Day 2
The teachers woke us up at 6:30 am and we got ready for our day ahead, starting with breakfast. We then headed to the famous Mysore Palace which belonged to the Wodeyars. After seeing the palace, we headed for the Mysore zoo. We spent four hours in the zoo. We saw different species of birds, snakes and deer. We also saw lions, tigers, cheetah, elephants, giraffe and many more animals. After seeing much of the zoo, we headed back to the hotel for lunch. After lunch, we checked out of the hotel and headed for Bangalore. On the way back, we watched Madagascar 2 and stopped for some snacks. We reached Cherubs Montessori at 8:30pm.
This trip was truly a fun-filled one and I hope that I go for more trips with my school like this one.
